On The Job Training

Building Roots Foundation’s On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program is dedicated to equipping individuals facing barriers to employment with valuable skills and experience in construction and other related opportunities, sustainable building, and workforce readiness. Through hands-on training, participants gain industry-relevant expertise, working directly with modular container homes and solar energy systems under the guidance of experienced professionals. Our OJT program not only prepares participants for rewarding careers but also instills confidence, purpose, and a sense of community impact.
